Our Staff

Connect One Security performs background checks and does drug tests on all of our employees. When the technician arrives, he/she will be in a professional, Connect One Security uniform and driving a Connect One branded and owned vehicle. We go above and beyond to make sure that our staff are people that you would not mind having in your home.

Communication

Before our technician begins installing your home security system, he will share the process that he will take to complete the installation and the things that he will be doing in your home. If at any point you have questions, the technician will be able to get you an answer to make you more at ease about the entire process.

Cleanliness & Care

Before beginning the installation of your home security system, the technician will share with you what space(s) he will be using to complete his tasks. All of our technicians carry a drop cloth for their main work area and wear boot covers while inside your home to ensure that mud and other debris are not tracked over your house and belongings. Our technicians are also trained on how to properly store and place their tools in the presence of small children and pets. If your project requires the use of a ladder, even the feet of that ladder will be covered to protect your flooring. Your technician will also vacuum after himself before he leaves!

Checklist & Demonstration

Before our technician leaves your home, he will go down our checklist to ensure that he has completed everything required to get your home security system activated and working. The technician will also demonstrate how the system works and train the homeowner present on how to use the system properly.
